Established in Richmond, Texas in 2022, we provide individual and group coaching, organizational training, and Human Resources consulting services. We are dedicated to partnering with people to create positive change in individual performance and organizational culture, change that has a cascading effect on others within the communities we operate in.
As an independent consulting firm, we are committed to researching and delivering best practices and tools in areas such as wellbeing, leadership, performance and development to edify and empower our clients. Our service offerings are enriched through partnership with top leading brands whose values align with our own and who require rigorous certification criteria and authorized distributor agreements to use their curriculum. These well recognized programs include Maxwell Leadership and the International Christian Coaching Institute.
In our capacity as professional coaches, our focus is on helping each person walk their unique path to success. We help people discover how to utilize their authenticity to achieve results or consider what they must do differently to attain their desired goals and live the life they are designed to live. We utilize assessments and self-paced developmental assignments coupled with coaching sessions to provide clients with awareness perspectives and opportunities for growth and development.
