Erica Auguillard

Hello, I am Erica. I am grateful to the people who have helped me attain and steward a background of over 20 years in business and human resources management. My goal is to partner with and serve alongside people, in both individual and group/organizational settings, to help them discover and attain the success they were designed for.

I am a graduate from the University of Louisiana at Lafayette receiving a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. I also have a Master of Business Administration from the University of Houston at Victoria and am currently enrolled in Lamar University’s graduate program for Counseling and Development – Marriage, Couple and Family Counseling.

My professional experience in the discipline of leadership and human resources management has breadth and depth. I most recently served as the Head of Human Resources, Americas Region for an international organization. I hold professional human resources certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management, SPHR and GPHR, and the SHRM-SCP certificate from the Human Resources Certification Institute. 

I am a team member of the John Maxwell Group where I am certified in speaking, coaching, consulting, and training in personal development and leadership. I am also a member of the International Christian Coaching Institute, an organization that further enhances my ability to serve others with compassion and competence by using biblical principles to help people set individual goals in all life areas.
